Shipping & Delivery
Shipping
NULL SPACE offers complimentary worldwide shipping. All prices displayed on our website include VAT, duties, and taxes, meaning no additional charges will apply upon delivery.
Orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in the Netherlands via UPS for international orders and GLS for domestic deliveries.
Please ensure your billing and shipping information is correct at checkout, as we are unable to modify address details once an order is placed.
Delivery
We strive to have confirmed orders processed and dispatched within 24 business hours of confirmation (but this is not guaranteed).
Estimated delivery times:
- Europe & UK: 2–4 business days
- North America: 2–4 business days
- Rest of the world: 2–7 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment. Delays may occur during public holidays, sale periods, or due to external circumstances such as customs clearance or extreme weather.
Duties & Taxes
All orders include import duties, VAT, and applicable taxes. You will not be required to pay any additional fees upon receiving your delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns
We offer free returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
To initiate a return, email orders@null-space.eu with your order number and reason for return. A prepaid return label will be provided.
Items must be returned in original condition, including all packaging and accessories. Products showing signs of wear or damage caused by the customer will not be accepted.
If your item is faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs detailing the issue.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item. You will receive a confirmation via email, and the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or provider.
Exchanges
We offer complimentary exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Please email orders@null-space.eu with your order number and desired exchange. The original item must be returned in unused condition with its full packaging.
In case of a defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos describing the issue.

Before placing your order, please double-check your billing and shipping details, as we cannot make adjustments once an order has been submitted.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order summary. A separate email with a tracking number will follow once your item is dispatched.
To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at hello@null-space.eu. Please note that cancellations cannot be guaranteed if the order is already being processed or shipped.
Payment Methods
We accept all major payment methods, including:
Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Maestro, UnionPay, Bancontact, iDEAL, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Sofort.
Please note:
- PayPal orders will be processed only after full authorization.
- Once an order is placed, payment methods cannot be altered.

Craftmanship
Each pair of sunglasses by NULL SPACE is meticulously designed and assembled to embody the brand’s unique aesthetic—blending architecture, science fiction, and artistic expression. Our curved one-front structure is created to naturally complement all facial features, regardless of gender identity.
Frames & Lenses
Our eyewear is handcrafted in China using premium Bio-acetate and Stainless metals from Italy, featuring high-performance nylon lenses with 100% UVA/UVB protection and are developed by ZEISS. (See lens specifications for more information). We work closely with our Chinese manufacturing partners to uphold the highest standards of durability, comfort, and visual clarity.
Design
NULL SPACE frames reflect a future-forward approach to design. Inspired by abstract geometries, scientific structures, and philosophical minimalism, our collections are a study in balance—between past traditions and new realities.
Packaging
All eyewear is delivered in a premium branded case, including a cleaning cloth. In case of model 002, a complimentary pouch for extra lenses and an additional screwdriver is provided. Our packaging is minimal yet durable, aligned with our aesthetic and sustainability goals.
Account
Account Registration
You are not required to create an account to shop on null-space.eu. However, registering an account offers exclusive benefits such as order tracking, access to your purchase history, wishlist management, and personalized notifications.
Account Information
You may update your shipping details or personal information anytime by logging into your account dashboard. Your email address will be used to send essential updates about your order.
